    Uhm......

I'll let someone else tear this apart, but you should put EV's down, and we don't need levels, as we don't do at level matches.

    POSTWHORE.

    Also, you only have sweepers.

So, put your evs into speed for all of them, then half att/SA for the mixers, and pure 255 for the att/SA sweepers.

    He's new OJ; don't be a meany-head.

He's new to competitive battling, so he doesn't really know how to use EVs properly yet.

    Sceptile
I already told you a bit about Sceptile while we were having our battle. Sceptile's GENERALLY best as a SubSeed staller- That's a combination of Leech Seed and Substitute. Essentially, it's a defensive Pokemon with such a set, but that isn't to say it can't sweep well.

    Sceptile @Life Orb/Leftovers
    -Swords Dance
    -Leaf Blade
    -Earthquake
    -Thunder Punch/Rock Slide/X-Scissor
    Overgrow, Jolly
    252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

(that's my favorite RMT format. ^^)
With this set, you max at 372 Spd, and 538 Atk after a Swords Dance. Leaf Blade is STAB and covers Ground, Rock, Water, etc. EQ covers the Steel types that wall you pretty easily otherwise, as well as Poison types trying to get you with Sludge Bomb or Poison Jab and the likes. Thunder Punch is there for Flying types, which wall you otherwise, but could be replaced by Rock Slide or X-Scissor for a different spectrum of coverage.

You could also MIX Sceptile to a degree.

    Sceptile @Life Orb
    -Swords Dance
    -Leaf Blade/Leaf Storm
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    -Thunder Punch/Leaf Storm
    Overgrow, Naive/Hasty
    252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Sp.Atk

I use something similar to this, myself. Depending on the moveset you choose, of course, it'll have different coverage. Without EQ, it's walled by Steel types, without Thunder Punch or Rock Slide, it's walled by Flying types, which Leaf Blade, you're that much weaker on the physical spectrum, etc.

    Nidoking
A cardinal rule of competitive battling in Pokemon is to NEVER use items like Soft Sand, Hard Rock, Charcoal, etc. It's just not good.
Nidoking makes a pretty good mixed sweeper, but you're not really taking advantage of its capabilities right now.

    Nidoking @Life Orb
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Earthquake
    -Mega Horn/Sucker Punch
    Poison Point, Rash
    200 Atk, 252 Sp.Atk, 56 Spd

THAT'S a mixer Nidoking. Since you're new, you probably don't know, but the BoltBeam (Thunderbolt and Ice Beam) combo has impressive coverage, and EQ only helps to extend that coverage further. Mega Horn and Sucker Punch are both viable, and both make good Psychic counters. This 2HKO's most everything in UU except Whiscash, Quagsire, and Gastrodon, who you'd have to handle with Hidden Power Grass or something...

    Nidoking @Life Orb
    -Earthquake
    -Mega Horn
    -Ice Beam
    -Fire Blast
    Poison Point, Naughty
    252 Atk, 168 Sp.Atk, 88 Spd

This is a more physical variant of the above, more geared towards OU than UU.

    Skarmory
Again, no items like Metal Coat.
Skarmory's a DEFENSIVE Pokemon, but you're trying to turn it into a sweeper. Skarmory's purpose is to switch into physical attacks with great Def and good resistances, and set up things like Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Roar things around to rack up passive damage.

    Skarmory @Leftovers
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Roar
    -Roost
    -Drill Peck
    Keen Eye, Impish
    196 HP, 96 Atk, 212 Def, 6 Spd

This is pretty much THE Skarmory. Most people max HP EVs to 252, but I find that to be a little excessive, considering that 196 EVs is enough to get max Leftovers recovery, and more Def would mitigate damage more. Alternatively, you could put those remaining 56 EVs in Atk, but I'd sooner go for more Def.

    Miltoic
Milotic is also a defensive Pokemon. Generally, it's a Sp.Wall, but it's really considered more of a tank. There's really several options open to you for this one.

    Milotic @Leftovers
    -Hypnosis
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Recover
    Marvel Scale, Bold
    124 HP, 252 Def, 132 Sp.Atk

I'd recommend this one first and foremost, since it's simply an annoyingly bulky set, and you really don't have anything else with a Sleep move. Surf and Ice Beam are the most common attacks for Water Pokemon, so you're predictable, but Milotic isn't gonna go down without a fight.

    Milotic @Leftovers
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Sleep Talk
    -Rest
    Marvel Scale, Modest
    212 HP, 220 Def, 36 Sp.atk, 40 Sp.Def

Same case in EVs as the Skarmory- I don't see much purpose in giving it more HP than what it needs for max Leftovers recovery, so just throw the rest into Sp.Def. This thing is ridiculously bulky. Rest fully restores your HP, and activates Marvel Scale, bringing Milotic to 385 Def. After that, just Sleep Talk for the next two turns, and Rest again! It's nifty. :3

    Gardevoir
If The Oracle could put up the Gardevoir he made for Ryu here, that'd be great, cause it's a good build. Anyway, Gardevoir's a great support Pokemon, with good Sp.Def and Sp.Atk. I'm not sure why you've got Focus Blast for Weavile and T-Tar, since they both outrun you, and they both OHKO you.

    Gardevoir @Leftovers
    -WilloWisp
    -Wish/Calm Mind
    -Psychic
    -Thunderbolt
    Trace, Modest
    236 HP, 60 Sp.Atk, 176 Sp.Def, 32 Spd

This is a pretty standard Gardevoir, but I think the one Oracle made packs Signal Beam instead of Thunderbolt, cause it actually has better coverage. Gardevoir's pretty spongey on the special end, and WilloWisp takes care of physical sweepers switching in and the likes. Wish is good team support, but Calm Mind makes you more spongey and raises your damage output.

    Houndoom
Your Houndoom, I have to say, is all kinds of messed up, to be polite.

    Houndoom @Life Orb/Leftovers
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast
    -Dark Pulse
    -Hidden Power Fighting
    -Nasty Plot
    Flash Fire, Timid
    252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

317 Spd and 319 Sp.Atk. I prefer Fire Blast to Flamethrower for its extra power (the accuracy never bothered me), and Dark Pulse is STAB'd. Hidden Power Fighting helps cover Heatran, Tyranitar and the likes. Nasty Plot's good against things trying to set up or switch out, and brings you to 638 Sp.Atk. :3

Like I said earlier, your team covers its weaknesses VERY well- you've just gotta work on the individual members. ^^

    Swords Dancer Skarmory

    Leftovers/ Shed Shell

    Jolly

    ~ Drill Peck
~ Steel Wing / Rock Slide
    ~ Roost
    ~ Swords Dance

    252 HP/72 Attack/184 Speed

That's a respectable physical sweeping set for Skarmory, and takes advantage of its bulk to set up. Drill Peck does nice damage, and Steel Wing gives power.

    Smogon copypasta for the lulz.

You've gotta start over with new Pokemon. That, or you could just have someone hack the team for you. So long as it's legit and doesn't have, like, 31 IVs across the board or something, no one cares.

Good thing Milotic doesn't need Atk.

    Too bad Milotic needs to invest a good bit into HP, and you apparently didn't invest in that at all. >>;

    I forget, but I think it's health is like a 29-30-31.

    Something like that.
