EVs in Speed and Sp. ATK

    Milktank@ Leftovers Ability: Scrappy

    Spiritomb@ Leftovers Ability: Pressure
    Sucker Punch
    Shadow Sneak
Swagger / Destiny Bond / Pain Split
    Giga Impact?
    EVs in Speed and ATK

    Natures:
Clamperl will have to be +Speed, -ATK. Or +Sp. ATK, -ATK.
Honchkrow will have to be +Speed, -Sp. ATK. Or +ATK, -Sp. ATK.
Milktank will have to be -Sp. ATK, +Sp. Def. or +Speed, -Sp. ATK.

Unless you're running Trick Room, Clamperl will be totally useless. Believe me @.@

Honchkrow is a great leas with Taunt/Torment. I think Sami used it in OU to great success, I'm sure it would do fine in UU as well.

Pikachu is pretty bad in UU. Go for Lanturn.

For Spiritomb, go for Sucker Punch/Shadow Sneak/Swagger....and the last move can either be Destiny Bond or Pain Split? Maybe Taunt instead of Swagger...get them to attack you and you Pain Split or use Destiny Bond or something...

Have you seen Pikachu's stats, with a Light Ball?
A Timid Pikachu with a Light Ball has 237 Speed, and 272 Sp. ATK (without EVs) but with 31 IVs in each. Compared to Lanturn's 187 Speed and 188 Sp. ATK as Timid and 31 IVS. Although Pikachu is easily killed, it can sweep better than the Lanturn.

I've definitely seen it's defenses! Speed is mediocre, too.

Pikachu is fine in NU but in UU, there are better Pokemon. Remember, it dies to any attack, including priority moves x_x. Electric isn't great STAB on it's own, either.

If you really want to use an electric type sweeper, why not Manectric or something?

I'll give a more detailed rating later, I just wanted to point that out XD.

Pikachu is an okay wall break in UU, but it's reallllly hard to play, and only works with a lot of prediction and a little luck, with the merge, there are better things to go with.

    @____@

Miltank is by no means a physical sweeper or special wall, it is outclassed severly on both of those. Put the Evs in HP and Def, replace Return with Body Slam, and Zen Headbutt with Heal Bell. Add Stealth Rock over Earthquake. (Both Natures work well, you'll have to decide on your own)

Speaking of special sponges, that's what Lanturn does; it's not a special sweeper, have you seen its speed and special attack? 40 HP / 136 SpA / 252 SpD / 80 Spe is the smogon standard, it outspeeds Nidoqueen and claydol while buffing the special defence and letting it hit harder, and you're better off replacing HP Grass with a status move like Thunder Wave or Toxic.

Drill Peck is the best flying STAB for Honchkrow, and either Night slash or Pursuit for the last slot, as you need a dependable dark STAB, go with Choice Band, as well, it gives a more reliable power boost, and Insomnia is nice to get more free switches.

For what it looks like you're trying to do with Clamperl, you could just use the standard Calm Minding Clefable, which has better defences, speed, Magic Guard, Boltbeam, a healing move, and will have more special attack after a couple Calm Minds to boot.

I don't even get what Spiritomb is trying to do here, you already have a dark attacker, and Spiritomb is most commonly a defesnive pokemon that uses its immunities and lack of weaknesses to punish threatening sweepers (especially those locked into choice moves,) and you should use it that way - the fighting immuntiy would be helpful.

I'd also suggest having Roserade on the team to add some sleep support and set up Toxic Spikes, it also works well with the other team members, as all of its weaknesses are covered by other pokes.

For that team, good natures would be.

    Roserade - Timid
    Clefable - Bold
    Miltank - Impish
    Spiritomb - Careful
    Honchkrow - Adamant
    Lanturn - Calm
