Tobi actually fixed most all the problems, really, but I do have my own revisions. I'll go from the top of the list down.
Probopass: Probopass doesn't have enough HP to invest EVERYTHING in Def and Sp.Def if you ask me. I would make Probopass a PHYSICAL wall. Max out HP and Def. Tobi's got the right idea in giving it Magnet Pull to trap Steel types, and I would personally give it T-Bolt in place of Block to take care of Skarmory. As for nature, if you're going with Earth Power, you shouldn't be using a Careful nature in the first place because it kills your Sp.Atk. Go Bold (+Def/-Atk). In the end, this would be my build:
Probopass @Chesto Berry
-Rest
-Thunderwave
-Earthpower
-Thunderbolt
Magnet Pull, Bold
252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Sp.Atk
Aerodactyl: If you're going Choice Band, you may as well make it Jolly. Pressure is much better than Rock Head, considering none of your attacks give recoil. EQ and Stone Edge are a must, and Tobi's smart to use the Fangs, though. I would set it up just like Tobi's, only Jolly, and with Pressure. Also, my EV spread would be 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP. Very basic, very easy to do. One point of HP can actually make a huge difference sometimes.
Aerodactyl @Choice Band
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Fire Fang
-Ice Fang
Pressure, Jolly
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Torterra: Actually, your Torterra COULD work, except for one thing; there's no reason to have those Spd EVs unless you're going to run Rock Polish, because even with those Spd EVs, he's too slow to outrun anything but a few slow walls, especially being Adamant instead of Jolly. If you max EVs, IVs, and run Rock Polish, though, one Rock Polish would bring you to a usable 422 Spd, then you could sweep. I can say, though, that Tobi's setup works well, too.
Torterra @Leftovers
-Rock Polish
-Wood Hammer
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
Overgrow, Adamant
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Toxicroak: ALL of your physical sweepers so far have Earthquake and Stone Edge which is just unnecessary. Torterra needs Stone Edge for his Ice Weakness and gets STAB'd EQ, and Aero at least has STAB'd Stone Edge, but Toxicroak gets STAB on neither. Really, I would make Toxicroak SPECIAL based, because it's not quite as expected, though perfectly viable. 295 max Spd goes further than most people realize, and Toxicroak DOES get Nasty Plot, along with a STAB'd special based priority attack with good type coverage. Dry Skin benefits from Rain Dance and allows Toxicroak to switch into attacks like Surf and Waterfall quite happily.
Toxicroak @Leftovers/Focus Sash
-Substitute/Dark Pulse
-Nasty Plot
-Sludge Bomb
-Vacuum Wave
Dry Skin, Timid
252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Floatzel: Floatzel is the second Pokemon I'd switch roles with. I would make Floatzel physical, because it's Atk is higher than its Sp.Atk, and it doesn't get a move like Nasty Plot to pump it's Sp.Atk, so it would be better off physical. Floatzel also has MANY options open to it. He can do just about anything, really. These are just a few of his options that I think could force a match into your favor. Rain Dance can boost your Spd and power, and helps along Dry Skin Toxicroak (though you don't really need it if you ask me).
Floatzel @Focus Sash
-Ice Fang
-Aqua Jet/Rain Dance
-Waterfall
-Pursuit/Taunt/Roar
Swift Swim, Jolly/Adamant (whatever floats your boat)
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Bronzong: Bronzong can be your Sp.Wall. Bronzong is another Pokemon with an obscene number of options open to it - it's quite frightening because you never know what exactly it's gonna do. I'm not a Bronzong fan myself, but I think that this should be a good setup, because Block is sort of a bad idea one most Pokemon... If you want to trap something, you may as well go with Dugtrio. With this Bronzong, you can cripple sweepers, and hit most things for neutral damage. A method of putting the target to sleep proves almost invaluable in any match, and Calm Mind boosts not only your resilience, but your damage output as well. Psychic can drop Sp.Def, and Flash Cannon can drop Sp.Atk, so they both help your cause. Iron Defense, on the other hand, can boost your survivability against attacks like Flare Blitz.
Bronzong @Leftovers
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Flash Cannon/Iron Defense
-Hypnosis
Levitate, Calm
244 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 14 Def/Sp.Atk
You have no GLARING weaknesses, but Probopass, Toreterra, and Bronzong share Fire (along with Dry Skin Toxicroak). Probopass and Aerodactyl share Water. Probopass and Toxicroak share Ground. Aerodactyl and Torterra share Ice... And I think that's it. Oh, Torterra and Toxicroak share Flying.
Hope this was helpful to some degree!
