Ninja you read it wrong, it's that 59 Pokemon that were not in the Sinnoh Dex, will now be. No new Pokemon, just some Pokes from the National Dex will be in the Sinnoh Dex.

ESPECIALLY since there will be new pokes, obviously comprising part of that entry.
It'll most likely be a mix.
