These rules apply to EVERYONE:

-Your team may only have UNDER USED (UU) Pokemon.

-BL Pokemon and above are banned period.

Well, those guys are kind of a debated topic so I wasn't sure what to do for Gligar, Sneasel, Tangela, etc. Normally they just end up in the same tier with their evolutions.

I'd say keep 'em out of UU. We don't want any Weavile wannabes running around, really.

i use Sneasel alot in UU stuff. Sneasel honestly is easily beaten in UU. Its just more strategy in UU play rather than overpowering your opponent.

as for Gligar, Tangela, Lickitung, etc. they should be usable as well due to not so great movepools and not great stats

It's basically a mini-Weavile, though. Just like how Gligar is a mini-Gliscor, Tangela is a mini-Tangrowth, Lickitung is a mini-Lickilicky, etc.

Not so great movepools? They all have awesome movepools if you ask me. They can do almost anything that their evolutions can do.

If more people support allowing NFEs in UU, though, I wouldn't mind allowing it for a while to see what happens. No auto-weather Pokemon, though, as that's lame XD.

Tangela =/= Mini Tangrowth.

The significantly higher HP, and attack seperate Tangrowth from poor, adorable Tangela.

And along with the boosts in the defences/spatt.... Tangrowth is amazing.

Hence why it isn't Tangrowth, it's a mini-Tangrowth.

Anyways, I don't care about Tangela at all. I wouldn't have any problems adding it to UU if people actually wanted to use one.

I do, however, have issues with letting Pokemon like Sneasel loose in UU. It's not just his stats but his excellent typing and movepool.

Like I said, though, if there's enough support then we can try it and ban them if they become too centralizing.

Tangela could do a number on a UU weather team if used right, but is generally boned otherwise.

But Sneasal, on the other hand, got a crapload of boosts this gen.

He'd prolly be BL if Weavile wasn't around. O.O

Miltank, Weezing, Shedinja, Venasaur, Articuno, and Aerodactyl have been allowed into UU.

I'm Bi, and it is pointed out 5 times a week, which is almost daily.

Edit- Also, i do use smogon, like for states, ev speads, mabye some moves, or even for some new pokemon, but i dislike there tier ideas, and their almost no creativity.

Tier list has been updated.

They created all of the sets. They were creative when they were first thought of.

I'm not saying the first stuff wasn't, but now....meh.
