Heal Bell Stantler
This event is simple...just PM me or post here with a time that you can trade, and I'll give you a Stantler with the special move, Heal Bell!
This is how I went about deciding stats and such:
1.) Used a randomizer to decide if it's shiny (a 1 in 50 chance)
2.) Used a randomizer to decide nature (out of a list of decent ones, you won't get any crappy natures).
3.) Used a randomizer to get the starting IVs.
4.) Replaced one IV with a 31.
5.) Swapped two IVs if it would be beneficial.
Basically this means that while they will all vary, no one will get stuck with a "bad" Pokemon.
Rules:
1.) Don't trade these outside of the site unless the person is completely fine with receiving a hacked Pokemon.
2.) Don't use these in battle outside of the site unless your opponent is ok with it.
3.) Don't complain to me about the one you received or ask for a different one. It took a long time for me to make all of them and you'll just piss me off :p.
