Based on the poll results, the very first Shuten event Pokemon will be...
This event is pretty simple, just post here to reserve a Flareon and arrange a time to meet me on wifi to receive yours.
This Flareon has the special event move Flare Blitz, plus three egg moves to allow all sorts of strategies

This is how I went about deciding stats and such:
1.) Used a randomizer to decide if it's shiny (a 1 in 10 chance, normally it won't be this high but it IS the first event, after all).
2.) Used a randomizer to decide nature (out of a list of decent ones, you won't get any crappy natures).
3.) Used a randomizer to get the starting IVs.
4.) Replaced one IV with a 31.
5.) Swapped two IVs if it would be beneficial (for example, switching an attack IV of 16 with a defense IV of 31)
Basically this means that while they will all vary, no one will get stuck with a "bad" Flareon.
Rules:
1.) Don't trade these outside of the site unless the person is completely fine with receiving a hacked Pokemon.
2.) Don't use these in battle outside of the site unless your opponent is ok with it.
3.) Don't complain to me about the one you received or ask for a different one. It took a long time for me to make all of them and you'll just piss me off :p.
