Shuten Dojo Holiday Tournament-Kanto (tournament in session)

Rules:

-This tournament will be a standard OU tournament with a twist...you may only use Pokemon on your teams that are from the original Red and Blue Gameboy games!

-Evolutions of old Pokemon (Tangrowth, Magnezone, Lickilicky, etc.) are illegal.

-Mew and Mewtwo are banned.

-Standard clauses are also in effect, this means Evasion/OHKO/Self KO/Sleep/Species. See the Rules for more information.

-The tournament will be double-elimination, meaning you have to lose twice to drop out completely.

-You may NOT change your team during the tournament unless you face the same person twice.

Prizes:

First Prize: 10,000 yen, a trophy displayed in your profile, and the special Profile Pokemon, Shiny Charizard.

Second Prize: 8,000 yen and a trophy displayed in your profile.

Third Prize: 5,000 yen and a trophy displayed in your profile.

ALL entrants who finish their battles will get the Shuten Dojo Event Pokemon, Swords Dance Pidgey.

As technically, we couldn't even go totally oldschool as the game mechanics have changed way too much :p.
