The Stadium-Style Tournament!! (tournament over)

Rules:

-This tournament will be held in a similar fashion to Pokemon Stadium/Pokemon Battle Revolution battles. All battles will be THREE-on-THREE singles.

-ITEM CLAUSE is in effect.

-No Legendary Pokemon are allowed (this includes non-Ubers such as Shaymin, Suicune, and Jirachi). Rotom, however, is legal to use.

-Standard clauses are also in effect, this means Evasion/OHKO/Self KO/Sleep/Species. See the Rules for more information.

-The tournament will be held Round-Robin style. Everyone will battle ALL entrants, and the person with the most wins will win the tournament. If we get more than six people, I'll split everyone into groups...the winners of each group will face each other for finals.

-You may NOT change your team during the tournament.

Prizes:

First Prize: 10,000 yen, a trophy displayed in your profile, ANY Pokemon from the Official Store, and a special Shuten Dojo Event Pokemon (TBA).

Second Prize: 8,000 yen, a trophy displayed in your profile, and a special Shuten Dojo Event Pokemon (TBA).

Third Prize: 5,000 yen and a trophy displayed in your profile.

ALL entrants who finish their battles will get a Shuten Dojo Event Pokemon (different from the winners').

Did you know this could be done on Shoddy easily? Just for the first half of team use Shedninja with Sticky Barb, then use protect. If you and your opponent do it, then it becomes a 3 Vs 3 matchup.

I just noticed that these tourneys are what usually cause the turnout of activity on the site, as infrequent as they are.

Like, I haven't seen Duncan in forever.

....Maybe we need to have them more often....?
