(OOC-I'm not spaming, I just killed Poss, and I had to undo it.)

Reed slowly woke up and got out of bed. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable, his back was killing him. His stretched and went downstairs, overhearing conversations.

"Didja hear about the gunshots?"

"...closed down the whole area..."

Reed sat down at the bar and lit a cigarette. "What's going on?"

"I'm surprised you slept through the gunshots." the barkeep grunted. "Has half the damned city in a panic. I swear, some stupid duel and the whole place goes nuts."

"Didn't sound like a duel..." Reed mused.

"Eh?" the barkeep glanced at him. "Don't be spillin' that conspiracy crap. No-one who says shit like that comes back to this bar. Idiots, the lot of 'em."

Reed nodded, half paying attention. Maybe he could go to where the gunshots were. He didn't have much else to do, the train didn't leave for another few days.

"D'you know where the duel happened?"

"Sure..."

Reed looked around. The area was deserted, save for a few police officers. One of them walked up to him.

"Hey, no civilians around here."

Reed grunted and walked away. He had seen a few drops of blood on the ground. Maybe it was just a gunfight.

But maybe it was something else.

"Oh, really, thanks," Hunter said, smiling nervously. This was going to open up a whole can of worms he needed to stay closed, but it was better than the bench, and that was all that mattered.

"So, I'll just follow you?" Hunter said as he got up. No sooner than he had gotten up, he hit the floor.

Surprised at his collapse Jake rushed over and helped him up. "Have you had any alcohol? You seem a bit ... odd..." Jake said as he supported him and they walked back to his apartment. Luckily again there was no police to disturb them as they made their way towards his apartment.

What an odd dream John thought as he walked into his class, only to hear everyone talking about his dream like it was real.

John was shocked, so much so that he didn't sleep in his class, he only looked for the blond that he saw by the road.

Hunter smiled, and began giggling nervously.

"Nice thought, but I'm just nervous, I don't drink often. My legs were asleep, that's why I fell down, I think, my body likes to play tricks on me," Hunter managed to get in between bouts of the giggles, as Jake helped him go on.

"It's better, I can walk on my own now, thanks."

Everyone gets home safely.


NEXT MORNING.



(there was too much confusion so lets start from here....)

Alice didn't get much sleep at all, and by the time she finally did manage to get some rest, it was already morning and she woke up.

Yawning every couple of minutes or so, Alice got dressed and ready for classes. It was finally Friday, that meant she'd have the weekend to investigate more into yesterday's events. She decided that it would first be best to track down Jake.

Jake awoke early the next morning. He stretched ans sat up. He was on the couch. The night before he had insisted that the other man take the bed. Since it was friday he only had 1 final at about 11am. He had finished the others that week. He stood up and went in to the kitchedn to make some tea.

Hunter tossed and turned restlessly, wondering why he wasn't sleeping like he normally did.

He opened his eyes and saw a different room than his own, he sat bolt upright, remembering what had happened.

He got out of the bed, and looked at the state of his clothes.

"I need a change soon, but first... food."

Hunter went to see if his host had anything to eat.

As the bullet when thought Johns head, the sniper smiled and thought- "1 down, 2 to go."

(OOC-I killed myself, and made a plot twist, with 17 words. Have fun)

Jake looked in his usual spot for tea but found that he was out. looking at his wrist watch he saw he had no time to get more. So he walked out of the kitchen and walked towards his room to wake the teachers aide, when he ran in to him in the hall way.

"I was just coming to get you. I wasnt sure what time you had to be at the University..."

Jake was trying to forget about the incident last night by keeping in the regular flow of things. he didnt even allow himsef to think about why the teachers aide was in his apartment in the first place.

"Your probably hungry... I dont have much... and I'm out of tea... help yourself... I just have to get going!"

Alice got out of bed rather clumsily, still half-asleep. After a quick shower, she headed out to the cafeteria to grab some breakfast. On the way out, she picked up a few books she had taken out from the library to bring with her to study.

Half-hoping to see someone else from yesterday's event, and half-hoping not to so she could forget about it, she walked through the halls and out the dorm.

Jake hurried out of his apartment and down the streets. he had completely forgot about last night. That is until he came across the area it had happened. He stopped and just looked at it remembering and going over what had happened in his head.

Hunter went and looked through his host's barren cupboards with dismay, his stomach growling.

He thought about all of the strange events of the past day, and wondered what he could do.

"Eh, I might as well go see if there a cafeteria here," Hunter said, and went off into the dorms.

Reed got up from his bed and stretched, putting on his hat, heading down to the bar. It was almost completely empty.

"What's going on?" Reed asked the barkeep.

"There's been a murder."

"Really?" Reed took a drink and stared outside. He could hear faint sounds. He decided to see what was going on.

The police were keeping people from seeing the crime area, having everyone go away.

Something told Reed that there was more to everything that had been happening, and it likely had to do with the microchips...

(OOC: I have to kill off Pauper's character because he left ^^;)

As Hunter continued on his way looking for the cafeteria, a shot was suddenly fired from above and he fell to the ground, dead.

The earlier murder had already sent the school into chaos, with the students being crowded into a single building, not being told what was going on. The principal of the university was frantic, running around the campus and occasionally popping back into the building briefly to talk to the department heads.

Alice was among the students, pushing her way through crowds to see if she could catch a glimpse outside of what was going on, still not knowing. She wondered if it had anything to do with the events she had witnessed yesterday.

That was when she heard the gunshot. What was going on?

(OOC-The early murder being the murder of myself, correct? Watch out, he's coming for you two.)

(OOC: Yes, the earlier murder being you.)

Jake arrived on the scene just as gun shots went off. He instinctively pulled out a gun from his back pants. "Wait, what? This seems familiar..." He said out loud. "How did I get a gun?"
"This way!" He heard officers shout quickly Jake ducked behind a dumpster just as the officers passed him. Just as the passed the dumpster a higher ranking officer approached them.
"You two! Have you found anything?"
"No sir!" The two said immediately.
"Then get back to the main area! We will be eliminating the detainees in about 20 mins and we need you there in case some of them decide they want to escape!" the two officers quickly ran towards the gyms of the school.
'eliminating ... the detainees...?' Jake's eyes went wide when he realized all the students were being shoved in to that exact area. 'They wouldn't...' Then it hit him. He was a private detective hired by those with special abilities to detect the strange happenings going on here. The city had suddenly become unsafe for even regular humans and they suspected that the government had uncovered a large amount of 'offenders' in the area some how escaping detection. No doubt they had found most were collage student and were probably just going to blow them all up not taking any chances. 'But what happened to me?' Jake thought for a moment. "No time... I have to stop them from killing all those people!" Jake with his gun in front of him knocked over the high ranking officer and ran full speed towards the gyms. As the general got to his feet he shouted, "SUSPECT HEADED TOWARDS THE GYM! APPREHEND HIM!" He ran after Jake but when he couldn't catch up he started taking shots at him. Once there was a lot of commotion and attention aimed at him, Jake put his gun away and started shouting, "BOMB IN THE BUILDING EVERYONE GET OUT!!" Screams started slicing through the air and soon there was chaos inside the building....
