HomexD I think that the BL tier is kinda unnecessary it's just where the weak to be OU strong to be UU Pokemon go.

BL is a ban list from UU, actually.
With things like Roserade, which is constantly just over/under the usage level to be OU, but would kill the crap out of UU, it proves necessary

If there was a BL tier, it would probably be one with the largest ammount of annoying changes.

I thought BL were pokemon with OU power, but people just didn't use them for some reasons.

Meh.
I voted for UU because it's really my favorite metagame when it all comes down to it. I feel there's more freedom of selection than our NU and there's more strategic diversity than standard OU.
It fills a nice niche ^^
