Ya, i'm with duncan. You don't fight the element team with only one type, so having one team should work out for all of them.

Fighting UU's with OU's is major shortbus. Unless the person using OU's in fact DOES take the shortbus, they are not going to lose. I'll divulge some knowledge that may surprise some people.
Pokemon are often UU for a reason. It isn't like there's some hidden pokeymanz UU treasure out there, because then when it is discovered, it becomes OU. I guarantee you that unless we have some incredibly adept UU player, whoever owns the gym is going to be trounced by all the retarded amounts of OU Pokes if this is allowed.
