I'd also like to mention that Skymin can make FUCKING 101 SUBS. It's faster than Weavile, it can make 101 Subs, it cuts your Sp.Def in half with an 80% success rate, and it can Flinch with a 60% success rate.

Switch in something with Roar while they Sub, then Roar when they try to Belly Drum. If you've got SR up, that Bellyzard instantly becomes dead weight.

Skymin should be banished to the circle of hell specifically designated to Ubers.

If it makes 101 subs, then it has to run tons of HP EVs and therefore loses power.

Either way, it loses a lot of its advantage.

Skymin's a bit predictable as it stands, and it has moveslot syndrome. It basically HAS to run Sub to not get killed by Ice Shard users, and loses coverage due to that.

It dry humps small children. Therefore it is a nasty nasty rapist.
