You can only challenge belts if you follow the new-for-this-site Naked Thursdays rule. It's pretty self-explanatory and simple. Every morning just check the date and, if it's a Thursday, don't put on any clothes.

So basically it's a normal day for me.

There isn't an E4 as we have a totally different set-up from Aikou. Just join a dojo as a member for now (preferably one that doesn't have many members already, haha).

Joining a Dojo requires you to comply with the Naked Thursdays rule.

The reason we don't have an E4 is because it takes a massive amount of energy to make one and the only way to obtain that energy is to either be nude (because clothes stop you from producing energy constantly) to produce it or get Mr Miyamoto himself to touch an apple. We're all out of apples.
