Just hope that the opponent scouts, sets up, or switches first turn... Set up Wish or Sub, and sweep. Rinse and repeat.

Gliscor works best as a wall, really. Taunt keeps things from pumping stats and the likes, Roost keeps you healthy and reduces Ice damage, EQ and AA get STAB, and Ice Fang has good type coverage, along with that chance of Freezing or Flinch.

Swellow needs SPD. Guts pumps it up enough. People like switching walls in on Swellow, so Pursuit lets you take care of them. Protect is pretty much a must considering Swellow's ability to survive, or lack thereof.

Overall, I don't like the team much. There's no real teamwork, and you never considered a wall in the first place. Your item choices are flawed to a degree I never thought possible, and the Aggron needs to be completely rebred. Hope this helped. ^__^

Meh, each of the pokemon aren't that bad, but at the same time they do nothing for each other.

Unlike me, who has a box full of pokemon, in which i just grab them out, and wish for good luck.

That, and i make sure that i have a super effective move on every type.

Interestingly enough, Parky's right on this. A team of Pokemon should work together as, well, a team :p. Even if you fix their movesets, you still just have six individual Pokemon. There should be a reason that you picked Pokemon A over Pokemon B.

It might help you to pick a couple of Pokemon and build the rest of the team around them. Find out what counters those Pokemon and what they can't beat...make sure the other Pokemon can handle those threats. Have the Pokemon cover each other's weaknesses. A good example of this is the popular Celebi+Heatran combo. Celebi resists all of Heatran's weaknesses while Heatran resists or is immune to all of Celebi's.

But they don't work well as a team.

Take my standard team for example. The central idea of my team is to set up Gardevoir or Gallade for a sweep. Thus, I chose other Pokemon that has high Defense and crippling attacks.

I use all sweepers, with only one or two that have a not shit def.

It workes out SOMEHOW.

Who's to say that Swellow can deal with whatever's hitting Aggron or Flareon though? Froslass, Gliscor, and Lucario are your most worthwhile Pokemon here for the attacks they resist or are immune to. Flareon can be thrown in there to eat up Fire attacks against Froslass and Lucario.

Swellow and Aggron are the weakest links for being fragile. Swellow has better physical sweeping potential anyway.

Aggron must go.

Also, you have no resistance for Water attacks, and because Froslass, Swellow, and Flareon are so damn fragile, I would definitely add a spinner. Blastoise resists Water, learns Rapid Spin, learns EQ, gets a priority attack in Aqua Jet, and has relatively good defenses... Huh. It can also Yawn, Haze, Fake Out, Waterfall, Rock Slide, Avalanche, Toxic, Roar, Focus Punch, Aqua Tail... Sounds good to me.

It'd be smart to change the nature and EVs up for a more defensive Pokemon (particularly Sp.Def since Gliscor's already good with Def), but I figure you'll want to attack more, and it's always smart to have something that can Haze or PHaze. Blastoise is weak v. Grass and Electric attacks, but Gliscor's immune to Electric, and both Swellow and Lucario resist Grass already. Alternatively, there's the incredible...

TONS of resistances; TEN out of SEVENTEEN types. His only weakness is Fire, but you can scout for Fire attacks with Protect, and switch Flareon into them if you think they're gonna try it again. That, or you can sacrifice a little life-saving scouting potential to lay down a layer of Spikes, although at least Stealth Rock hits EVERYTHING. You also get a Rapid Spinner in Forretress. Good opener. Start the game laying down Stealth Rock or Protecting, and then BoomBoom, or wait till you see more of their team and pick out the threat.

Other than Aggron, everyone else seems doable to me. Also, P.S., go with Forretress.

That Def won't let it survive an EQ or a Cross Chop. If Aggron's forced to switch, then it has been countered. A LOT of things learn EQ.

The def's base is 180.

Thats rather HIGH.

It still won't live.

And Earth Power will completely slaughter it.

Aggron is just awful.

There are tons of teams you could make... The one you just posted COULD work with revision, most especially replacing Aggron. If you want someone to make a team for you, go to Smogon. You'll almost assuredly come out with Garchomp, Weavile, Skarmory, Blissey, Gengar, and Togekiss, though.

That's true. If you DO ask around the Smogon forums for teams, Hero, none of us will have any respect for you. Like Tobi said, you won't suck anymore, but you will be using overdone, pre-made teams that everyone and their brother uses there at Smogon. I recommend you just use your head a little and make your own. The team that I edited should work all right, except for replacing Aggron with Forretress, because Aggron does nothing for your team.

And my edits to that team, ALONG WITH REPLACING AGGRON WITH FORRETRESS GOD DAMMIT, oughta make it work out all right.

Thing is is that if you use crazy NU Pokemon like Shine, you'll suck. If you use OUs, then you'll get flamed.

The whole 'internet respect' thing is retarded anyway, use whatever Pokes you want...but try not to choose really sucky ones.

Just needed to clarify something...

Smogon has a RMT forum but they certainly won't make a team for you. Actually, a RMT topic like this would have been closed there *shrug*.

My advice to anyone building a new team is to use whatever Pokemon fit the best...regardless of tier placement. If a Blissey seemed like it'd patch up all of your weaknesses and use all the necessary support moves then I would say to use one. On the other hand, don't be afraid to use UUs...on that same example team, maybe a Hypno would work better.

Basically, just use whatever damn Pokemon you want. If someone complains because you're using something like Garchomp just ignore them. If Garchomp is winning you battles, use it.
