You forgot EVs on five out of six of these things...
Anyway... Machamp's fine as is, I guess. Pretty standard, though most would train it in HP, and maybe some Sp.Def instead of Def.
I would personally Scarf the Slaking, and give it Return over Giga Impact, so you could actually switch out on the turn that Slaking's failure ability triggers, and not become easy setup fodder. Max Atk and Spd should be fine, with an Adamant nature, probably. I'll also note that it might be more in your interest to run Pursuit or Night Slash over Faint Attack, and possibly Focus Punch over Hammer Arm. So, I'd run...
Slaking @Choice Scarf
-Return
-Ice Punch
-Focus Punch
-Pursuit/Night Slash
Truant, Adamant
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Hp
460 Atk, 448 Spd with max IVs and EVs. Focus Punch and Pursuit require some good prediction, but that's what Slaking does best, really... It tears shit up with the right move choice, and even if they end up switching out or something, you can just switch during the Truant turn. Giga Impact doesn't allow such a luxury. Any standard Spiritomb or Mismagius would set up to rape your entire team otherwise.
Your Luke is slow. So very, very slow... I would make it Naughty or Lonely, give it Agility, and spread its EVs between Atk and Sp.Atk, while investing 196 EVs in Spd. That way, you'll even outrun Timid Scarfed Gengar after a single Agility. Hand it a Life Orb. As for moves, Close Combat and Shadow Ball have perfect coverage, and you can run HP Ice for Dragons, Gliscor, Zapdos, etc. In fact, I believe there's a Smogon set that assumes the same things... Check it out.
Gliscor's kind of a train wreck, I'm sad to say. There's no reason for it to pack HP Grass, since it's a Special move. Here's one that I run- it always rocked.
Gliscor @Lum Berry
-Taunt
-Aerial Ace
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang
Hyper Cutter, Jolly
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Really simple, really easy to use. 317 Spd lets it outrun enough, and it can Taunt things like DD-Mence without much problem, and then Ice Fang it to death. Lum Berry makes switching in easier, since with good prediction, it OHKO's a lot of things, actually. Ice Fang even stands a pretty good chance of taking out Skarm with enough tries. If you don't like Lum Berry, you could substitute it with Leftovers or Muscle Band- I don't really use Life Orb anymore except on Mixed Sweepers, since Life Orb benefits all attacks in exchange for that recoil... Anyway, this Gliscor's got good coverage. You could also replace Aerial Ace or Ice Fang for Stealth Rock or Roost if you like. *shrug*
Your Togekiss is a little... Odd. Razor Fang has no place on this set, and usually, people run either Aura Sphere OR Water Pulse, rather than both, but it might be to your advantage to run them both, anyway, so that nothing really walls you completely. I would, however, run T-Wave or over Shadow Ball, and I would be sure to maybe bulk out its EVs some- with T-Wave, it won't have to rely as much on Spd. Look up the ParaFlinch Smogon set for EVs, nature, and item, and run T-Wave, Aura Sphere, Water Pulse, and Air Slash. Serene Grace Air Slash and paralysis just go hand in hand.
That Heatran's DYING for a Scarf, considering its moveset. Just copypasta Smogon's ScarfTran set. Please, for Goddesses' sake, swap out Magma Storm for Fire Blast or Flamethrower.
