Pidgeot dodges completely if you roll an odd number, though.

Also, Arcanine doesn't get any boosts from its special attack, so Qwilfish's special attack isn't good for it >_> Getting 20 for rolling a certain number (or numbers) isn't considered a boost. It needs to say "+__" by it. Look at Rhyhorn's special attack.
