I'm also pretty sure you can't do the Lucario one because it's not normal colored....and you can't pay to get a shiny pokemon......

Render wouldn't translate well as an edited picture, but it's entirely possible to free-hand it... Just heart-wrenchingly difficult.
Mismagius, like Ryu said, is easily the most plausible one.
