Dude, you should so use Dragite.

His NA is 14, and if he rolls an odd, it's plus 4.

His SA can hit 18's if you roll an even, and 35's if you roll all evens.

1-I Don't have a Dragonite, and Dratini takes too long to evolve.

2-Lapras's Ability ignores stat boosts.
