I'm not trying to offend the newcomer. I just can't help but feel like you're recruiting people whether they play Pokemon or not for the sake of that Profile Pokemon you unlock by recruiting five people to the site. :\
I mean, if you had the incentive before, I'm sure you would've already recruited these people, right?
I actually tried a couple months ago to recruit both of them.

It's a forum, with a calling point of pokeymanz, but you can be involved enough with pokeymanz without playing the game at this point, and they both
enjoy pokeymanz to some level.
It may be a wifi dojo, but not everyone can play the game too well. Should we reject or inadvertently offend them merely because they don't have the time/energy to devote to playing it? Our main admin barely even plays, but she still loves pokemon, and is active. You going to berate her, too?
For godsakes, you're supposed to be welcoming her, not using her as a route to attack me, good way to make a member feel welcome.
