This is my character for "The Job".
Name: Chasca is her given name but when dealing with humans she goes by the name "Jill Griffin"
Race: Werewolf, born into the Forest tribe.
Age: Looks like she's 17 or 18 but is older. Werewolf lifespans are longer than a human's and they grow slowly.
Gender: Female
Appearance: Jill is a bit on the small side but is by no means delicate. She has short brown hair and hazel eyes. She almost always wears a long, black cloak with a hood and never forgets her black gloves which go up to her elbows. These are worn to hide her marking, which would give away her heritage. The clothes beneath her cloak vary but are always light, loose, and comfortable (although ripped and worn out). Jill wears black leather boots when traveling but rarely wears shoes indoors. She has a large scar across her right cheek which she got in a fight a while ago. The scar is still prominent even when she's in wolf form.
Personality: She doesn't get along well with strangers and has trouble trusting people (for good reason!). She often appears to be cold or downright mean. With those she DOES trust, though, she's a totally different person and is cheerful and quick to help out. Jill is extremely stubborn like most werewolves, and can be judgmental as well as pessimistic. She always seems to have tons of energy.
History: Jill was born right after a war between humans and werewolves. Her people had been slaughtered and only a few hundred remained on the continent. Jill's father had been killed during the war and her mother died while giving birth. Her father had a close friendship with a human named Leo (who was 17 at the time) and had saved Leo's life in the middle of the war during a riot. When Leo found out that he had a daughter a few years later he made sure to protect her so he wouldn't lose her like he lost her father.
Jill was raised by other clan members for eleven years. However, conditions in the newly-appointed government werewolf lands were harsh. Most werewolves could barely take care of themselves. Leo stepped in, deciding to raise her himself. She lived with Leo for a while, helping him out with his coffee shop. Once she was older, though, she knew it would be best if she left...if someone found out that he was housing a werewolf he could be killed. Jill usually lives in old, abandoned buildings on the city outskirts but roams the streets at night, seeking food and visiting Leo. Her jobs are usually shady and few in number...she'll work for whoever will hire her. Often she's called on to steal something or guard someone. Leo doesn't know about her jobs, she doesn't want to worry him.
