History: Whole Family died in fire. Funny story really, seeing as he didn't set it on fire, and this happeneing is what set off his MPD, and his love/hate fire thing.

Yeah, exactly.

Basically, if someone had possible dangerous powers like your character's abilities, the government would not want them wandering around. They would have been taken away.

For ex- Sees a home, and can tell were is the best place to punch a hole into the wall to make the home fall into itself.

No, not setting fires with his mind.

It goes with the whole math thing-He can see where to drop the match to burn down everything. Only, with the other one, the fire would tell him what to do.
