    Yes, by J.K. Rowling.

Just picked it up and finished the first tale (including Dumbledore's notes), and I'm finding it enjoyable. If you're a Harry Potter fan, pick it up.

I'll read it, but I'm still waiting for her to write something that ISN'T about Harry Potter.

I'm pretty sure she's not going to stop with Harry Potter.

    Or she'll just stop writing.

HP is just too good of a cash cow.

    Nothing.

I really do love him, but really, you milked 7 main books, 7 big movies, and I've seen alot of little books, like a rule book to Quitich.

I want it to end, before it becomes like STAR WARS.

It will NEVER be like Star Wars.

Considering Star Wars was only originally intended to be the three films, and nothing more.

I want it dead, before we have 7 movies tells us how his parents lives were, and a movie about his summer breaks in cartoon format, and then a cartoon TV show about hit life.

    IT MUST BE KILLED.

The seventh book was too lazily done to really make anymore sequals. It had the worst ending ever, despite how Rowling killed off, like, half the supporting cast...

    J.K. Rowling isn't George Lucas.

@Shine: It wasn't /that/ bad of an ending, it was just the expected one, which doesn't truthfully make it bad, it makes it safe.

Well, the best part of that book was when Mrs. Weasley killed Bellatrix Lestrange.

I can't remember the finer details of the ending, I just remember half the good characters died. Why did Lupin die? WHYYY?

    He was talking about over-expansion.

A lot of movies are based off of books, so that's no surprise that the most popular book series like, evar gets a film series based off of it.

Most Harry Potter fans aren't screaming to get the last three books made non-canon, like a lot of star wars fans want to have Episodes 1, 2 and 3 made non-cannon.

Plus, J.K. Rowling isn't George Lucas, like I stated earlier, he's in it to make money.

She donates all of the profits from the smaller books that aren't main series to charity.
