One of my best friends had some weed on him when it was Red Ribben week, so when the got the dogs they got him.

He is now fucked for lfe.

Why is weed illegal?

A better question is why is weed illegal while cigarettes are completely legal?

I can say, however, that contrary to popular belief, pot is addictive. The THC or whatever sticks to the cells in your frontal lobe. It'll kill you faster than cigarettes, and it makes you do stupid shit. It's just not good for you.

I would encourage it being legalized for medicinal purposes, though. Some illnesses reduce your appetite. Pot gives you the munchies. Go figure. I mean, fuck. The still use Morphine for medicinal purposes, and it's more addictive, not to mention more people are allergic to it.

My grandma's allergic to morphine. She found out the hard way. Thanks, gastric bypass.

Weed's not legal because our Government has no way of fully controlling it, and collecting taxes on every transaction involving weed.

They can't make money off of it, so they don't want much of anything to do with it.

I don't care too much, either way.

Though I will say that if the government sells and taxes weed, that we can at least remove some of the burden from other taxes, or help to decrease the national deficit, and put drugs rings out of business, lessening the crime rate.

Assuming you don't survive. Attempted suicide is basically considered the same thing as attempted murder, and you can serve time for it.

How is cheese worse for you then weed? Cheese has nutritional value. Cheese has protein. Cheese has Calcium and Vitamins D and K. The only negative thing about cheese is that it contains a trace amount of an addictive drug, but that's from the milk to get young to keep drinking it. It was evolved. If we banned cheese for that, we'd have to ban milk, butter, ice cream, milk chocolate, cream, etc as well.

Cancer? Car crash? Suicide?

Those are the highest besides old age, I'm pretty sure, and none are caused by cheese :\ Unless you really, really hate cheese, and someone puts some in your food and you kill yourself. But only people like Shine would do something like that, and he doesn't seem to despise cheese.

Additionally, only some cholesterol is actually bad for you. Your body needs cholesterol to keep blood flowing. It's people who eat too much meat and eggs and cheese who die of heart problems.

Whereas smoking a joint will cause permanent damage, and there's the whole 'crazy addiction' factor. While cheese is addictive, it's not even on the same level as marijuana.

Cholesterol helps make heart problums, witch kills like WAY more then anything else.

Now, yes, some cholesterol is good, but the bad stuff is what kills people.

Now, if all the deaths from cancer, car crashs, suicide, homicide, strokes, drugs, ect... get added up, then doubled, it still wouldn't be as high at the rate of deaths from heart probs.
