Yes. And you need to beat a member of each dojo to challenge the leader.

Except Baton Pass, LC, and Weather.

There aren't any dojos left since we moved in like...May XD;.

If you want to be a leader, I would start by joining a dojo as a member. When a dojo needs a new leader, I'll always ask members first.

What about doubles?

I thoght as dunk wasn't on much you only had to beat me.

Seriously? Well, I guess it's really too late for Ryu and Zack but challengers should actually TRY to battle him, at least.

If he's so inactive that no one can fight him, then we need a new leader anyways.
