My name is often compared to AKUMA from street fighter. Or AKU from Samurai Jack. While I enjoy both series, neither actually have a thing to do with my SN other than sharing the first 3 letters of it.
I created the SN about 6 years ago (hot damn) when someone dear to me paid the price for trying to help me out during a time of need. I felt terrible about what I had said and done, so think of Akubarix as a dark tribute, a reminder. A scar.
Aku means "evil" in Japanese. (Akuma means demon in japanese, fun+useless fact)
Bari in some language (I forget) means center or the heart of something.
X is thrown in because Akubari sounds god damn lame.
So... The name is Evil-Heart. Who would have guessed?
Frankly, it's an odd thing for a screen name to have that much background, but I'm curious as to what the meaning/origin is for the rest of our users.
