There isn't much to explain, it's actually a pretty simple game ^^. It's a Pokemon Battle Simulator where you can build teams including EVs and moves and battle other people.

You can download it here: http://shoddybattle.com/downloads

It takes a little getting used to but it's pretty handy since you can make teams instantly. It's also faster and more stable than playing over WiFi (and people who don't have WiFi access can run it).

Here at Shuten, we have both WiFi and Shoddy Battle tournaments.
