... This is a funny idea.
A FAKE OUT TEAM. Yes. A team of Pokemon that all know Fake Out. Coincidentally, there happens to be 6 Pokemon that could fair pretty well with it from my stand point.
Persian
Ambipom
Hitmontop
Those are the three most obvious. Both Persian and Ambipom not only have Technician, but also get STAB bonuses. Hitmontop just gets Technician. The next three aren't QUITE as obvious...
Kangaskhan
Hariyama
Medicham
Sounds ridiculous, right? Well, think about it. Kangaskhan gets Scrappy, so it can Fake Out Ghosts. Hariyama has Guts, so why not use Fake Out as a free turn to set up that Burn with Flame Orb? And Medicham has a max possible 480 Atk if it happened to be Adamant with max IVs and EVs, considering Pure Power.
These in mind...
Persian @Choice Scarf
-Fake Out
-Switcheroo
-Torment
-U-Turn/Fury Swipes
Technician, Adamant
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Can force a struggle with Switcheroo and Torment. :3
Ambipom @Choice Band/Life Orb
-Fake Out
-Payback (Stronger than Shadow Claw with Technician)
-U-turn/Taunt (Taunt pwns)
-Double Hit/Snatch/T-Wave (Snatch pwns)
Technician, Adamant/Jolly
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Hitmontop @Leftovers
-Fake Out
-Bulk Up
-Triple Kick
-Rapid Spin (Probably you'd be doing a lot of switching... Fear Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes.)
Technician, Adamant/Impish
252 HP, 80 Atk, 178 Def
Kangaskhan @Life Orb
-Fake Out
-Earthquake
-Double-Edge (WHY THE FUCK NOT?!)
-Outrage/Avalanche
Scrappy, Adamant/Jolly
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Hariyama @Flame Orb (w00tw00t!)
-Fake Out
-Bullet Punch (Priority wins)
-Fling (BURN BABY BURN)
-Revenge/Cross Chop
Guts, Adamant
252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 Def
Medicham @Life Orb
-Fake Out
-Energy Ball
-Psychic
-Calm Mind
Pure Power, Lonely/Naughty/Hasty/Naive
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Spd (I know I fail at mixed sweepers x_x)
SO HERE'S A ROUGH DRAFT OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD. It makes me lawl.
Of course, this isn't a SERIOUS team, but I think it'd be entertaining to use every once in a while. Annoyance is certainly the nature of this team... It's very physical heavy, of course, but like I said, this isn't a serious endeavor. However, I'd say that Hariyama is perfectly worth looking into.
Others that didn't make the final cut but deserve recognition include Blastoise, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Infernape, Toxicroak, and Weavile.
