I'll start off by saying that I've noticed Froslass becoming EXTREMELY popular again, but rather than sweeping, it more often sets up Spikes as a lead.
Since Abomasnow's legal, Hail teams are really common, so Rock Slide might be a better choice than Stone Edge until that calms down- Snow Cloak hax is bad enough on its own. Because of this, Stealth Rock is a must, especially since Charizard and Moltres are both legal now, and cover the standard Hail team weaknesses pretty well.
Swords Dance Gallade is relatively common now, though I'd personally prefer to bulk out its Sp.Def some, and run Bulk Up instead, with Drain Punch over Close Combat.
I've seen two different people lead off with a SubPoint Tauros.
Pretty much every Rain Dance team leads with Crobat (though I've seen one with Kangaskahn), and always packs Kabutops.
Electrode's a very powerful contender, being the fastest Pokemon in the tier, and being able to not only Taunt and set up Rain Dance, as is the standard lead, but to T-Wave, pseudo BoltBeam with STAB'd T-Bolt and HP Ice, and revenge kill well. It's worth keeping alive a lot of the time.
Altaria, being Dragon-Flying, has a nice combination of resistances that make it pretty bulky, if you ask me. I'd recommend looking into it.
Toxicroak's pretty common.
Banded and Scarfed Staraptor is common, and DEVASTATING for the unprepared team- if you have a physical wall that can resist Brave Bird and Return, I recommend using it. Regirock and Steelix are good choices, but watch out for Close Combat.
Besides trends, there are a few Pokemon I personally feel don't really belong in UU, those being Arcanine, Crobat, Magmortar, Milotic, Mismagius, Moltres, Roserade, Slowbro, Slowking, Spiritomb, Staraptor, and Uxie.
Arcanine, Crobat, Moltres, and Roserade I can deal with just fine, but all of them are somewhat difficult to take care of sometimes.
