Sami has stated Speed Forme Deoxys is legal due to the fact that it is OU.

Speed form should be banned too IMO. Ill put it to you this way, unban him here and you have to unban Wobbuffet. If that happens i wont lose.

Which means he's in testing. Whereas Deoxys-S is officially OU.

Honestly, allowing Deoxys-S hasn't caused the metagame changes that allowing Wobbuffet on Shoddy has.

Deoxys-S doesn't really bother me. Yeah, he's REALLY fast. Good movepool, too. However, he's extremely fragile and his offensive stats aren't really amazing. Psychic isn't the greatest typing, either, honestly.

Basically. Deoxys-S is a revenge killer...he can't switch in, he can't usually sweep entire teams, and he certainly can't take a hit.

I've thought A LOT on the matter and I really don't think allowing Wobbuffet would be a good idea. Feel free to start a thread elsewhere, though, to discuss it =).
